So, needless to say, I'm happy that tunics are still going strong for fall. The new crop of tunics cover a range of shapes, fabrics, and prices. I've rounded up a few of my new favorites here. Free People's Cashmere Tunic Sweater (below left) is so plush, so cozy, and so glam. Seeing this much length, plus bell sleeves, done in cashmere is insanely luxurious. A similar look can be achieved with the Newport News Cowlneck Tunic Sweater (below right). This jewel-toned beauty, shown here in Black Mulberry, is fab with gauchos and boots, but would be equally stylish with slim jeans and pumps. Best of all, the price is great.
Vests make for a seasonless approach to the tunic trend. Wear them now with tanks or tees, and later with button-down shirts, thin turtlenecks, or long sleeve tees. Beth Bowley's Tunic Vest (below right) is gorgeous. Paired here with a crisp white shirt it looks very high fashion, but it would be super cute over a long sleeve tee and jeans. Eye Shadow's V-Neck Tunic (below left) is late summer fabulous as shown here with a black tee and leggings. This tunic is so super affordable that you can pick up a couple of colors to mix and match with your entire wardrobe. It is shown here in Charcoal/Grey, but is also available in Melon, Cocoa, and Charcoal/White.Click on any photo to link directly to where you can purchase that fall tunic online.
