I'll admit it, I still associate Hilary Duff with pre-teen programming that only shows up on cable channels I don't watch. Crazy thing is, Miss Duff is rapidly become one serious style icon. Seems I'm a little behind on the evolution of Hilary Duff. When I spied this pic of Hilary at a recent appearance on MTV's Total Request Live (photo left) I did a double take.
