I'm in love with little white dresses for spring and summer, like this breezy semi-sheer cotton and lace number recently spotted on Lindsay Lohan (see photo left). The look is youthful and spirited, and it has a just right combination of innocence and sex appeal thanks to the billowy fit and super short length. I think Lindsay looks gorgeous and completely age-appropriate in this picture. Love it.

On Lindsay's fairly petite 5'5" frame it reads like a mini dress. I'm thinking that my own 5'8" body would be borderline for trying to pull off the mini dress look, but I'm just as in love with this Lauren Moffatt creation worn as a tunic. The see-through lace detail and subtly embroidered cotton shell lined in pure silk is absolutely divine. I'd wear it with skinny dark denim and mile-high stacked wood heels for a boho luxe vibe.
