Heading out to this weekend's Kentucky Derby festivities must have been a little daunting for MTV cutie Vanessa Minnillo. After all, boyfriend Nick Lachey's last trip to the Kentucky Derby, with then-wife Jessica Simpson, was the subject of an entire episode of the hit reality TV series Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica.
