The rain is coming. Not right away, but it is coming. I'm kind of excited. Being a California girl, I'm not one for actual weather, but I love a nice Bay Area drizzle... as long as I have a stylish pair of rubber-sole boots to stomp around in. That means it's time to start thinking about boot shopping.
These "Snowflake" boots from Juicy Couture will be perfect. The 2.5" heel with 1" platform means that these boots will add some comfortable height, while the rubber sole stands up to the rain in a way that a leather sole just can't. They are made from rich chocolate nylon with faux-leather trim and faux-fur fleece lining, which makes them chic on top of being practical. I'll wear them over skinny jeans, but I think they might be kind of kicky with winter wool shorts. We'll have to see. Oh, and they are currently marked 37% off retail price. Fabulous.
