Cynthia Rowley is best known for her collections full of girly dresses in all shapes and colors-- which retail for $300 to $600 on average-- and the Swell book series, which she co-wrote with her friend Ilene Rosenzweig. It really doesn't surprise me much that her first collaboration with Avon, the pretty little eyeshadow palette shown here, is comprised of perfectly feminine shades of ivory, pink, and lilac. These colors will have you dreaming of spring, even though we're barely into fall. Strong work Cynthia!
