These days, with the proliferation of mass produced fashion that must appeal to a wide variety of people to remain profitable, it is rare to find a department store clothing line that consistently creates truly unique pieces. Leifsdottir is one such rare line. With prices that rarely climb above $300, Leifsdottir's fashions are both accessible and amazingly creative. The newest fall line does not disappoint in the least. I recently browsed through the newest Leifsdottir offerings to hit Nordstrom and I can honestly say there is not a single piece that I wouldn't welcome into my wardrobe with open arms.
One of my favorite pieces is this brand new Vintage Knit Jacket. The shape is somehow loose and easygoing, while still managing to cling to enough curves give off an incredibly feminine vibe. I adore the vintage inspiration combined with modern touches, like the trendy hoodie-style slant pockets.
Other favorites from the fall Leifsdottir line include the whimsical "Candy Strudel" Wool Coat, a chic Side Tie Skirt, and a very Gucci-esque Nightfall Garden Skirt.
