Online stores introduce new fashions on a regular basis, but entirely new sections? Now that's kind of unique. But, that's exactly what's going on at Gap.com these days. Gap has always been know for its deep and regular discounting, but now Gap.com has a special discounting plan all its own-- the brand new, online only Final Sale Department.
The Gap.com Final Sale Department features the absolute lowest prices on Gap merchandise, but the super deep discounts come with a couple caveats. First, these deals are exclusive to the online store-- you won't find these deals in the bricks and mortar Gap locations. Second, there are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale goods, so you'd better be confident in your size and color selections. Definitely not for the timid shopper. But, if you are willing to take your chances, the prices are amazingly low.
My pick of the current selection is this punchy Striped Cardigan in Red Stripe, now marked 81% off. Unfortunately it's not available in my size. But, no sour grapes here-- this sweater is fabulous. I'm also loving the one size fits all Yellow Striped Scarf, marked down from $34.50 to $7.99. I'm obsessed with scarves these days and this one is so much fun.
