Another Monday under my belt, another day of Gossip Girl and The City to send me into a fashion-induced tizzy. As I mentioned last month, I'm newly obsessed with the fashion of The City. It's much more hit-or-miss than the carefully orchestrated looks of Gossip Girl, but the funky inconsistency is all part of the charm for me.
