I have never been fond of the one-shoulder dress trend that has come and gone over the years. But, this year I have seen some beautiful dresses on celebrities and friends that have made it crucial for me to highlight some hot one-shoulder dresses. After seeing Anne Hathaway in a gorgeous one-shoulder red dress I was sold. It didn’t take long for me to start noticing this vast fashion trend as appealing and sexy. There were a few one-shoulder dresses worn at the Golden Globes that were stunning, making it a trend worth embracing.

As is true of most fashion trends, there are a lot of choices and styles when it comes to one-shoulder dresses. Being a person who believes in buying pieces that are classic and can be worn more than one season, I have chosen classy sophisticated pieces that can be worn over the upcoming years, and can be easily reinvented in one way or another.

My first choice is very classy and flattering. This Black and Ivory One Shoulder Dress by JS Collections gives the illusion of an ultimate bombshell body. Although it is a vivid color, yellow is one of the few bright colors that is never overbearing and always remains in fashion. It is a color of desire and a color most designers love to work with.
