London-based designer Hussein Chalayan is known for supremely avant-garde designs-- we're talking the kind of stuff that belongs in an art installation rather than on the street. That kind of creativity makes for stunning shows and breathtaking editorial layouts, but not particularly wearable designs for the everyday fashionista. That's what makes the new Hussein Chalayan for J Brand line so fabulous-- it's high fashion that we can wear every day.

The mini-collection contains just three extremely well-thought-out pieces: The Legging, a super skinny jean with curved side seam; The Circuit, an ankle zip skinny with moto styling; and The Beau, a straight-leg boyfriend jean. All three are really stunning in their own way, but I'm leaning toward The Circuit for its super fashion-forward look. Whichever you prefer, I'd jump on this designer collab soon-- something tells me this is one of those lines that will disappear quick, leaving everyone wishing they would have snapped up a pair while they still could.
