Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, red is the hot color to be wearing this winter! The color of passion ignites a lot of conflicting emotions, but getting noticed is getting noticed, right? Different cultures seem to have their opinions on the color red. The Chinese believe is represents luck and happiness, while in Russia a red flag represents communism. Although red is a color in many flags, lets not get political and stick to red fashion instead.
