I've got a happy Monday fashion riddle for all of you. What's crazy chic, vaguely Rykiel and will set you back a mere $20? It's the brand new Old Navy Intarsia Sweaters, and they are already the front runner for fashion steal of the week.

While intarsia (i.e., knitting with blocks of color to create a design) sweaters pop up all over the place, French designer Sonia Rykiel really put intarsia knits on the map with her use of the technique to add fun sayings and pop art touches to solid color sweaters. These new Intarsia Sweaters from Old Navy follow the same pattern.

These new Old Navy Intarsia Sweaters come in 5 colors of 100% cotton knit, each with a different word or colorful icon knitted into the front. It's a bit of a toss up, by I think I've settled on the Love knit pictured here as my favorite. But, the grey striped Peace Signs and oatmeal heather Butterfly are also pretty fabulous. At only $20 per sweater, it's worth snagging a couple just for fun.
