This no-button cardigan reminds me quite a bit of my favorite Daryl K no-button fleece blazer. It has the same easy fit and sweatshirt-feel construction, and the same kind of pseudo-dressed up vibe. I'd use this cardigan as a stand-in for a blazer for a more pulled together casual office look. It will feel like your favorite loungewear, but look more office appropriate than your Juicy sweats.
