Enter the Nike Training Club App, available for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. I was introduced to this new app as a bit of a challenge: give it a download, let it help you reach for your fitness goals, and keep track of your progress for all to see. Ok, a little personal, but I'm always up for a challenge. And, hey, this might actually work. How much easier can it get than an app I can take anywhere that will help me be my version of fit, using workouts that are targeted at specific fitness goals from getting lean to targeting problem areas? Plus, the Nike Training Club app has details, diagrams, and step-by-step instructions for more than 60 full-body workouts, and a rewards program to keep me motivated. I'm totally game.So, here's the deal. I've downloaded my trusty app to my iPod Touch -- it's free for anyone to try, by the way. I've selected my program -- Get Toned, a workout with light weights designed to add definition. I'm slim already, but, um, a little on the soft side. Firmer arms and legs would definitely make me more confident in my favorite summer fashions. Get Toned seems like it was meant for me. I'll be giving it a go for the next 6 weeks, updating all of you each Wednesday right here on Stiletto Jungle.
