I am obsessed with Zara. In Europe, Zara is just like Starbucks -- both appear on every street corner. During my lunch breaks, I cruise the Zara website and add some of their items to my wish list. Instead of being selfish and treating Zara like my personal fantasyland site, I decided to share my current favorite dresses with my readers. Maybe if I start seeing people wear their stuff, my Zara crazed phase will pass.
Dresses are always my favorite pick for any non-work related occasion simply because it is an easy choice. You pick the dress, and then you pick your shoes and whatever else you think makes your look complete. It is easier than finding a matching skirt to a top or vice versa. Since I like making my decision quickly, my favorite Zara picks are the “chosen dresses.”
I call my first dress/ tunic “the art gallery dress.” This dress is perfect to wear during a cocktail hour at the new gallery down the street. Wear it proud to a gallery that prides itself on its creativity. The funky design on the tunic will pair nicely with the gallery’s creativity. Wear it with some chunky heels and your hair in a classic bun. You will get a lot of mileage out of this dress because of the comfort and simplicity factors.

The next dress is what I call the “sexy Monroe.” This stunning Man Men-like dress is bright red and classy as ever. The jeweled neckline on this gorgeous girly dress draws attention to all the right places. Do not make this dress look bad! Have fun when you wear it and try to twirl in it. Be careful not to over accessorize and play up the elegance of this dress.

If you want to be fashionable while looking like you hit the gym more than you actually do, then try the “hourglass dress.” My gosh this dress is stunning. The tuck and pulls and the great length will make you look like a goddess. The racer back look gives it the finishing fashion touch. I am in love. This dress is perfection!
