Japanese label Uniqlo has been the fashionista’s go-to source for low price cashmere for a while now, but up until this year purchasing the goods first hand required a trip to NYC or one of Uniqlo’s many locations throughout Asia. Thankfully, Uniqlo started offering ecommerce for US residents this year, just in time for holiday shopping. Their super affordable cashmere sweaters are a great value, and are available in 25 colors.

Another great source of affordable cashmere is the Nordstrom house label, Nordstrom Collection. They offer many different styles including both classic and trendy options, all in several colors.

One of the worst kept secrets in the online fashion shopping world is that J.Crew sources its cashmere from the same mill that produces the cashmere used by ultra luxe label Loro Piana. The result? Sumptuous, yet relatively affordable, cashmere goodies in the fantastic colors we’ve come to expect from J.Crew.

One of my favorites for mid-priced cashmere in fashionable shapes is Vince. Their sweaters come in every shade of neutral you can imagine, and each year they take a slightly different spin on their most well-loved designs, like boyfriend cuts and dolman sleeves.

For more unique cashmere finds at the mid-level price point, I’ve always had great luck with Club Monaco. This year I’m particularly drawn to their Taylor Cashmere Sweater, which would be perfect for layering over long sleeve tees for a casual look or a crisp button-down shirt for a more polished vibe.
