Ross Dress for Less is a place to snag a deal and a destination that allows the fashionable gals to cut their bank accounts some slack. It’s a nonstop, ever-evolving flow of fashionable kicks and clothes that are up to date and great for spring and summer. Plus, it’s always more exciting when it’s a deal!
I went to a Ross store nearby and loved the gorgeous options. Not only is there an array of options for shoes, but they also have lovely bags that can be paired well with them. From glamorous flats to stilettos with flair, Ross had it all. I picked my favorite kicks and headed towards the purse aisle. Not only do they have designer brands for up to 60% off retail prices, they have endless independent designer bags that are snazzy and pair perfectly with summer’s dresses and the hip, chic trends.
One of my favorite finds is a flawless peep-toe sheer stiletto. The pretty skin-toned color is a great parallel to spring’s sun-kissed skin. The fabric is so pretty and feminine, and is a lovely way to finish off an evening dress. As an alternative, try accentuating your pastel capris with this sky-high heel - perfect for a sunny lunch date!
In contrast to the light and subtle peep toes, I also fell in love with patent red wedges. They are so fun to mix and match with spring colors and they are uber-comfortable, making them a must have for the spring/summer season. Pairing the red with citrus colors of the season or the bold handbags of the fall is another nice way to tie accessories together.
In addition to my heeled finds, I found some amazing flats. Living downtown has made me embrace the flat look for when I am not in the office, giving my feet a chance to recuperate. But I wouldn’t be caught dead in anything but dazzling, fun sandals. Check out the denim floral flat I picked. With denim being the “it” material, how can one go wrong with this? The denim floral straps and the flower really make this sandal stand out.
Changing it up and heading towards a glossy look once again, check out the black and gold sandal with the bowtie accent. It may seem passé, but this look is making a comeback -- it’s girly look will never get tired. Pair it with a fun beach bag they have in store for under $40.
Lastly, I found a sandal that is bedazzled, just the way I like it. How could I pass it up? Comfortable and lots of sparkle equal a fun and fashionable look. Add to that saving money in my wallet and it’s even better!
