Everyone is different when it comes to wearing bottoms during workouts, but I think most of us prefer bottoms that have maximum compression to prevent jiggling while we are working out to tone our bodies. Personally, I love the bright looks I’ve been seeing on joggers on the San Diego beaches. This particular pant is a very tight fit and has all kinds of fun colors and bold patterns to choose from.

I love capris for workouts as well. And I especially like the ones that have the zippered back pocket. This is great when going for a run because it's just the right amount of space to fit cash and a key. The material is soft enough to wear for an extended period of time, making it very transitional.
