Madewell’s new leisure line caught my eye this week. It’s full of sleek loungewear basics, like sweatpants, sweatshirts, and leggings. I’m kind of in love with all of it.
In other shopping news, Bumble and bumble just came out with this root touch up stick for use between hair color appointments and it looks fabulous. Check out all of my favorite finds for this week…
1. J.Crew Merino Wool Sweater-Blazer, $138.00
The best-selling, and recently sold out, J.Crew sweater blazer is back in stock. Does it get any better than the ease of sweater combined with the instant pulled-together look of a blazer? I don’t think so. It’s available in heather dusk (shown here) and black, and both are selling quickly in smaller sizes.
2. Madewell Offline Slim Sweatpants, $65.00
Madewell’s new loungewear line, Mile(s) by Madewell, is chock full of comfy separates that are also quite stylish. These slim sweats are my early favorite. But, do check out the entire line – there are a lot of fantastic pieces.
3. Bumble and bumble Bb. Color Stick, $26.00
The weeks between hair color appointments can get really ugly, right? This new touch-up stick feels like the easiest between-appointments band-aid possible. The stick comes in five colors and quickly covers both greys and roots with a water-resistant color that lasts until you wash your hair.
4. Valentino Tango Pump, $795.00
These classic ankle-strap pumps are just the kind of shoe that you can feel good about investing in. They aren’t going out of style anytime soon, and they’ll look great with everything from workday suits to weekend jeans. They’re also available in black.
5. French Connection Poppy Denim Frayed Pencil Skirt, $59.99 (was $138.00)
A favorite sale find this week…this modern pencil skirt would be a fun addition to a weekend wardrobe. The California girl in me thinks it would look perfect with a slouchy vintage tee shirt and flip-flops.
