I’ve reached peak obsession when it comes to Le Labo Discovery Sets. One of these days I’ll commit to a single scent and lay down the cash it takes to get a full bottle. I’m leaning towards Rose 31, if you’re interested. But, for now, I’m having too much fun playing the fragrance field. The fifteen-scent Discovery Set is next on my to-buy list.
In other shopping news, the Shopbop Citizens of Humanity denim collab is just as fabulous as you’d expect from these two brands. I’m shocked that one of the best pieces is currently on sale.
Check out all of my favorite shopping finds for the week…
1. Topshop Dare Mid-Heel Sandal, $48.00
They look like last spring’s Bally. They are incredibly affordable Topshop. Sure, they’re faux leather and likely won’t last more than a season. But, at this price, totally worth it.
2. Citizens of Humanity The Principle Girlfriend Jeans,
Online shopping powerhouse Shopbop has teamed up with some of the best denim labels on the market to create an exclusive denim line called The Principle Collection. This perfect little asymmetrical cuff girlfriend jean from Citizens of Humanity is one of the first from the new partnership. I love the fit and the heavily faded vintage wash. I’m shocked it’s on sale, but I’ll take it!
3. Charles Henry T-Shirt Dress, $68.00
I’m really into the idea of a minimalist tee shirt dress and sandals for summer weekends, especially while traveling. The look feels pulled-together, but still ultra-relaxed.
4. Soko Nestling Orb Pendant, $72.00
Brass jewelry is one of my favorites for everyday wear. This brass necklace nestles a horn orb inside a free-moving brass pendant for an organic vibe. What’s better, the Soko jewelry is crafted by artisans in emerging economies using natural and upcycled materials. So, it’s one of those purchases that feels as good as it looks.
5. Le Labo Discovery Set Classic Collection, $80.00
Arrrghhh… Le Labo finally has a Discovery Set that features all fifteen of their amazing fragrances! I’m beyond excited, and snapping this up right away. I’ve managed to string their five-fragrance Discovery Set along for almost six months, so this could easily be a year’s worth of Le Labo for $80. As a point of reference, single-scent bottles start at $180.00 and go as high as $975.00. You see my excitement now?
