Loving This Week: Cle de Peau’s New Concealer + a Modern One-Piece
Sunday, July 08, 2018
Check out a sampler of this week’s favorite online shopping finds…
1. Clé de Peau Beauté Radiant Corrector for Eyes, $65.00
Clé de Peau stick concealer has been the undisputed champ of undereye circle coverage for years. Meanwhile, the Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat pen has been the leading favorite in the illumination category. Now Clé de Peau has a new concealer that is positioned as both an illuminator and color-corrector for under eyes. There’s no way this isn’t going to be fabulous.
2. Everlane The Easy Chino, $55.00
This 100% cotton chino has a relaxed fit and pull-on waistband, which means it probably feels roughly like pajamas. But it looks so minimalist-chic. And after selling out in its first run, it’s now back in stock in all colors and sizes. It’s available in washed black, stone, coral, and ochre (pictured here), sizes 00 to 16.
3. Vault by Vans Twisted Leather Style 36 LX Sneaker, $150.00
Laid-back Vans get a luxe upgrade in this leather sneaker. It features a leather upper with nubuck overlays and twisted leather vents. I even love the color description: Amberlight/ Marshmallow. So fancy.
4. Gabriela Artigas Delicate Bracelet Cuff, $154.00
Simple goldtone jewelry feels right for summer nights. This yellow-silver alloy bracelet is malleable, to fit over the wrist without closure.
5. Haight Roge Maillot Swimsuit, $200.00
I always end up with a black swimsuit, mainly because I can’t stand all those neon bright, floral, patterned atrocities that show up in the swimwear section each summer. Problem solved. This contemporary one-piece isn’t the suit for swimming laps, but it’s just right for lounging and taking a little dip while on vacation. It’s fully lined in black, which is the kind of high-end feature you’d expect of a suit in this price category, and hand washable.
